While we take every precaution to avoid damage, Hydroshine Power Washing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (e.g., cracked siding, loose paint, damaged wood, or fragile surfaces) that may become more noticeable or worsen during the cleaning process. We recommend inspecting your property prior to service and notifying us of any areas of concern.

Surface Compatibility: Some surfaces, such as delicate stone, old brick, certain types of wood, or painted surfaces, may not be suitable for power washing or may require specialized techniques. We will assess the surfaces to be cleaned and determine the appropriate methods, but we cannot guarantee the outcome for all materials, especially those that are deteriorated, improperly installed, or incompatible with power washing. Environmental Factors: Weather conditions, such as rain, wind, or extreme temperatures, may affect the scheduling, safety, or results of our services. Hydroshine Power Washing LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe or unfavorable conditions. Additionally, natural elements like mold, mildew, or algae may require multiple treatments or ongoing maintenance to prevent regrowth, which is beyond our control.

Cleaning Solutions and Safety: We use industry-standard cleaning solutions that are generally safe and effective. However, some solutions may cause temporary discoloration, streaking, or reactions with certain surfaces if not properly rinsed. We are not liable for any adverse reactions caused by cleaning agents, including but not limited to plant or lawn damage, unless directly caused by our negligence. Please inform us of any sensitive areas (e.g., plants, pets, or water features) before service begins so we can take appropriate precautions. For the safety of pets and animals, customers should keep pets off treated surfaces and away from runoff areas for several hours after service or until surfaces are fully dry and rinsed. Cleaning solutions may irritate paws or be harmful if ingested.

Customer Responsibilities: To ensure a safe and effective service, customers are responsible for:

Removing or securing personal items, decorations, furniture, or other objects from the work area. Providing clear access to the areas to be cleaned, including water sources and electrical outlets if needed. Notifying us of any known hazards, such as loose siding, exposed wires, or structural issues. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, rescheduling, or incomplete services, and Hydroshine Power Washing LLC will not be held liable for any related issues.

Results and Expectations: While we aim to achieve the best possible results, power washing may not remove all stains, discoloration, or contaminants, particularly those that are deeply embedded, permanent, or caused by underlying issues (e.g., rust, oil, or structural damage). We do not guarantee specific outcomes but will perform our services to the best of our ability using professional equipment and techniques.

Liability and Damages: Hydroshine Power Washing LLC carries general liability insurance to cover accidental damage caused by our negligence. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion, accompanied by photographic evidence. We reserve the right to inspect and assess any reported issues before processing claims. Payment and Cancellation: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. Hydroshine Power Washing LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions or non-compliance with these terms.
